{"id":2860,"date":"2026-02-20T14:08:17","date_gmt":"2026-02-20T14:08:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sotpost.com\/?p=2860"},"modified":"2026-02-20T14:12:52","modified_gmt":"2026-02-20T14:12:52","slug":"miratohet-buxheti-per-vitin-2026-hapet-rruga-per-pagen-e-13te","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/sotpost.com\/?p=2860","title":{"rendered":"Miratohet buxheti p\u00ebr vitin 2026, hapet rruga p\u00ebr pag\u00ebn e 13\u2019t\u00eb"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs e ka miratuar Ligjin mbi Ndarjet Buxhetore p\u00ebr vitin 2026, mes kund\u00ebrshtimeve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Projektligji u miratua n\u00eb shqyrtim t\u00eb dyt\u00eb me votat e 62 deputet\u00ebve, teksa 36 ishin kund\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vlera e buxhetit \u00ebsht\u00eb rreth 4 miliard\u00eb euro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kryeministri Albin Kurti kur ka prezantuar projektligjin, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb me dije se ky ligj p\u00ebrfshin edhe pag\u00ebn e 13\u2019t\u00eb n\u00eb sektorin publik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ai kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo pag\u00eb do t\u00eb ekzekutohet sapo t\u00eb hyj\u00eb n\u00eb fuqi Ligji p\u00ebr Buxhetin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ministri i Financave, Hekuran Murati, deklaroi se ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb buxhet emergjent dhe i p\u00ebrkohsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prioritetet e komunave dhe Qeveris\u00eb, ai tha se mund t\u00eb shtohen apo reflektohen kur t\u00eb b\u00ebhet rishikimi, n\u00eb muajt e ardhsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr ta miratuar sa m\u00eb shpejt buxhetin, ai e arsyetoi me bllokimin e prokurimeve t\u00eb reja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAsnj\u00eb projekt nuk mund t\u00eb inicohet prokurimi p\u00ebr shkak se nuk ka buxhet dhe nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet zotimi i mjeteve p\u00ebr shkak se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb buxheti n\u00eb fuqi\u201d, tha Murati, para se t\u00eb votohej projektligji.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PDK dhe LDK, nuk e p\u00ebrkrahin buxhetin, meq\u00eb nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb amandamentet e tyre n\u00eb projektligj.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Kuvendi i Kosov\u00ebs e ka miratuar Ligjin mbi Ndarjet Buxhetore p\u00ebr vitin 2026, mes kund\u00ebrshtimeve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.
