Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prizren njofton se, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me policin\u00eb, pas pranimit t\u00eb informatave publike lidhur me procesin e rinum\u00ebrimit t\u00eb rezultateve t\u00eb votimit, n\u00eb Qendr\u00ebn Komunale t\u00eb Num\u00ebrimit n\u00eb Suharek\u00eb, me autorizim t\u00eb kryeprokurorit t\u00eb Prokuroris\u00eb Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, Petrit Kryeziu, ka iniciuar hetime me vetiniciativ\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Pas autorizimit nga Prokuroria dhe n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebtij hetimi, jan\u00eb intervistuar shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb e dy (72) t\u00eb dyshuar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
N\u00ebnt\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb (19) prej tyre pas intervistimit n\u00eb polici, me urdh\u00ebr t\u00eb Prokurorit t\u00eb Shtetit, jan\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebr 48 or\u00eb, n\u00eb cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e kryesuesve t\u00eb komisioneve, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb dyshimit t\u00eb bazuar se kan\u00eb kryer vepr\u00ebn penale \u201cFalsifikimi i rezultateve t\u00eb votimit\u201d nga neni 216 par.2 t\u00eb KPRK-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prizren, brenda afateve ligjore, do t\u00eb vler\u00ebsoj\u00eb parashtrimin e k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs lidhur me caktimin e mas\u00ebs p\u00ebr sigurimin e prezenc\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb pandehurve n\u00eb procedur\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Prokuroria Themelore n\u00eb Prizren dhe Policia e Kosov\u00ebs mbeten t\u00eb p\u00ebrkushtuara n\u00eb mbrojtjen e integritetit t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor dhe t\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, n\u00eb luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr veprave penale q\u00eb cenojn\u00eb zgjedhjet e lira dhe demokratike, si dhe n\u00eb forcimin e sundimit t\u00eb ligjit dhe v\u00ebnien para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb atyre q\u00eb veprojn\u00eb n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtim me ligjin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
